Our clubhouse is a spacious venue located in beautiful downtown Gig Harbor with a view of the bay from our outdoor deck. We offer up a large open canvas for you to decorate as you wish. PLUS, there is an amazing list of club amenities to enhance your rental experience. We provide tables, chairs, a state-of-the-art AV system and so much more.

The clubhouse can accommodate up to 150 of your guests with plenty of free parking.
Our chef and his team are ready to create your culinary delights.

Insurance Information

Weekend Rentals - (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Full day rental fee - $2600
Standard cleaning fee - $150
Refundable Damage/Extra Cleaning deposit - $500

Weekday Rental - (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

For events up to 4 hours the Rental Fee is $600
For events exceeding 4 hours, $100.00 per additional hour is charged for use, up to $800.
A refundable Damage/Extra Cleaning deposit for all weekday rentals is $500

A non-refundable reservation fee of $250 along with a signed rental application is required. The deposit will reserve your date and will be applied toward the rental

The remainder of the rental costs must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your event.

An additional cleaning fee of $100.00 will be assessed if the clubhouse is not cleaned according to the Rental Cleaning Guidelines. This amount will be subtracted from the refundable Damage/Extra Cleaning Fee.

Excessive damage/loss/cleaning which exceeds the Damage/Extra Cleaning Fee will be the responsibility of the renter as deemed appropriate of a licensed/bonded contractor.
